Who we are

This website is maintained by Codd Automação, Sistemas e Energia, the controller of the personal data processed through it, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Data we collect

Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), service of interest, message, the page the form was sent from and the source of the visit (campaign parameters such as utm_source and gclid).

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare technical and commercial proposals and measure which campaigns bring in contacts. The legal bases are the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V) and consent (art. 7, I), given when you send the form.

How we store it

The website does not store form data in a database: it is sent by email to Codd’s sales team through Amazon Web Services and kept for as long as needed for the business relationship. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We only store in your browser your choice about cookies and, if you choose a language or close the language notice, that choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads and LinkedIn) are only enabled if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

The map showing our location is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. It is only loaded if you accept cookies or click "Load map"; until then, the page makes no requests to Google.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD. To do so, write to comercial@codd.com.br.
